Cancelling appointments: we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise; however, to receive a refund of your deposit, appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of your appointment.
Financial Information: we do not store or process any of your financial information. All payments are securely handled by trusted third-party providers, such as Stripe or GoCardless, who process your details in accordance with GDPR and industry-standard security practices.

Clients must disclose all relevant medical history during consultations.
