Upper Blepharoplasty (Upper Eyelid Surgery)

Upper blepharoplasty is a surgical procedure designed to refresh the appearance of the eyes by removing excess skin (and sometimes a small amount of fat) from the upper eyelids. It’s ideal for patients who feel their eyes look tired, heavy, or aged — even when they feel well-rested.

This treatment can create a more open, brighter eye area while maintaining your natural eye shape and expression. Results are subtle, elegant, and long-lasting.

Benefits

  • Reduces hooded or drooping upper eyelids

  • Creates a fresher, more awake appearance

  • Improves upper eyelid definition

  • Long-lasting rejuvenation with natural results

What to expect
A consultation will assess your eyelid anatomy and suitability. The procedure is performed by a specialist surgeon and typically involves a carefully placed incision within the natural eyelid crease for minimal visible scarring.

Downtime & recovery
Swelling and bruising are expected for the first 1–2 weeks. Most patients return to normal routines within 7–14 days, with ongoing refinement of results over the following weeks.

Surgeon fee: £4,500

A lip lift is a surgical procedure that enhances the shape of the upper lip by shortening the distance between the nose and the top lip (the philtrum). This creates a more youthful, balanced lip appearance and increases the visible “pink” portion of the upper lip.

Unlike dermal filler, a lip lift offers a permanent structural improvement, often creating a softer, more defined cupid’s bow and improved lip shape at rest — without adding volume.

Benefits

  • Improves upper lip shape and definition

  • Creates a more youthful lip-to-nose proportion

  • Enhances cupid’s bow and lip show

  • Permanent alternative to filler for the right patient

What to expect
Your surgeon will assess facial proportions and lip anatomy during consultation. The incision is typically placed discreetly under the nose to minimise visible scarring.

Downtime & recovery
Expect swelling and mild bruising in the first 1–2 weeks. Most patients feel comfortable returning to work and social plans within 7–10 days.

Surgeon fee: £4,500

Ear pinning back, also known as otoplasty or pinnaplasty, is a surgical procedure to correct prominent ears by repositioning them closer to the head. It’s suitable for adults who feel self-conscious about ear prominence or asymmetry and want a permanent, natural-looking improvement.

This procedure is designed to create balance and harmony with the rest of the face — without changing the natural character of your ears.

Benefits

  • Reduces ear prominence

  • Improves facial balance and symmetry

  • Natural-looking, permanent results

  • Discreet scarring placed behind the ear

What to expect
The procedure is performed by a specialist surgeon. Incisions are typically made behind the ear, and cartilage is reshaped and secured to achieve the desired position.

Downtime & recovery
Most patients take around 7–10 days off work. A headband or dressing may be required during early healing. Swelling settles gradually over several weeks.

Surgeon fee: £5,000

Ear lobe reduction is a minor surgical procedure that reshapes and reduces enlarged or elongated earlobes. This can be caused by ageing, genetics, heavy earrings, or stretching over time.

The goal is a refined, proportionate ear lobe shape that looks natural and balanced, while allowing many patients to continue wearing earrings once healed.

Benefits

  • Restores a smaller, more youthful ear lobe shape

  • Improves symmetry and proportion

  • Subtle results with minimal downtime

  • Scarring is typically discreet

What to expect
A consultation will assess your ear anatomy and desired shape. The procedure involves removing excess tissue and carefully reshaping the lobe.

Downtime & recovery
Healing is usually straightforward, with most patients returning to normal routines within a few days. Results continue to refine over the following weeks.

Surgeon fee: £3,000

Split ear lobe repair corrects an ear lobe that has partially or fully torn — often due to earrings, trauma, or long-term stretching. This procedure restores the natural shape of the lobe, improving appearance and comfort.

It’s a quick, effective treatment with long-lasting results.

Benefits

  • Repairs torn or split ear lobes

  • Restores natural shape and symmetry

  • Minimal downtime

  • Long-lasting improvement

What to expect
The surgeon carefully removes damaged tissue and reconstructs the ear lobe using precise suturing for the best cosmetic outcome.

Downtime & recovery
Most patients return to work and normal activities within 24–48 hours. Full healing takes a few weeks. Re-piercing can usually be considered after healing (your surgeon will advise).

Surgeon fee: £2,000

Stretched ear lobe repair is designed for patients who have enlarged ear piercing holes or stretched lobes due to heavy jewellery or previous ear stretching. The procedure restores a more natural ear lobe shape and can significantly improve overall facial balance.

This is an excellent option for patients who want to reverse stretched lobes for a more refined, polished look.

Benefits

  • Restores natural ear lobe shape

  • Reduces stretched piercing holes

  • Improves symmetry and proportion

  • Discreet, refined results

What to expect
Your surgeon will assess the degree of stretching and recommend the best repair method. The procedure involves removing excess tissue and reconstructing the lobe.

Downtime & recovery
Recovery is usually quick. Mild swelling is expected for a few days, with stitches removed (or dissolved) depending on technique. Most patients return to normal routines within 1–2 days.

Surgeon fee: £2,000

Ear reduction surgery is designed to reduce the overall size of the ears for patients who feel their ears appear large or disproportionate. This procedure, sometimes referred to as macrotia correction, reshapes the ear to achieve a smaller, more balanced appearance while maintaining a natural contour.

It’s a highly specialised treatment that requires careful planning and an experienced surgical eye for symmetry.

Benefits

  • Reduces ear size while maintaining natural shape

  • Improves facial balance and harmony

  • Permanent results

  • Discreet scarring depending on technique

What to expect
Your surgeon will assess ear size, shape, symmetry, and proportion to your facial features. The procedure involves reshaping and removing small amounts of cartilage and tissue as needed.

Downtime & recovery
Most patients take 7–10 days off work. Swelling gradually settles over several weeks, with final results refining over time.
