Who can benefit from HarmonyCa treatment?
This treatment is for patients unhappy with the amount of wrinkles on the side of their face and in front of the ears, especially when smiling.
HarmonyCa can target and treat the lateral aspect of the face only, lifting and rejuvenating this area. It will not have an impact on the lips or neck.
What are the benefits of HarmonyCa Treatment?
HArmonyCa is a hybrid filler, which means the treatment has two beneficial components:
- Hyaluronic Acid (HA) and
- Calcium Hydroxyapatite (CaHa) sphere.
HA has an immediate lifting effect with the longevity of over a year.
CaHa gradually appearing, long- lasting collagen synthesis triggered by the CaHA spheres, which improves the structure and fullness of the skin beyond the longevity of the HA component.
The result is smoother skin with fewer wrinkles or dynamic lines at the sides of the face. The new collagen fibres may be present as early as one week following treatment.
Does HarmonyCA hurt?
The HarmonyCa product contains Lidocaine which immediately numbs the treatment area and makes the procedure more comfortable for the patient.
What is the downtime for HarmonyCA?
Most people experience minimal downtime with HarmonyCa treatment.
You may notice some temporary swelling, redness, or small bruises at the injection sites—these are completely normal and typically settle within a few days.
Because the procedure is non-surgical, most clients return to their usual activities right away, though we recommend avoiding strenuous exercise, heat treatments, and alcohol for 24 hours to help reduce swelling. Overall, downtime is generally mild and short-lived, making HarmonyCa a convenient option for subtle lifting and long-lasting rejuvenation
Are there any side effects of HarmonyCa Filler Treatment?
HArmonyCa is administered into the skin superficially. So it is safe and comes with minimal discomfort.
Injection site bruising is highly unlikely, but it can happen. Commonly occurring minimal side effects (redness, swelling, pain tenderness and itching) are manageable and self limiting.
What should I avoid after the treatment?
After the treatment, please do not touch the injection points to avoid infection. Exercise and sauna should be avoided on the day and alcohol consumption is not recommended.
